How long does implementation take?
Most organisations are up and running within 1–2 weeks. We'll guide you through setup, organisational structure configuration, and launch.
Do you offer demos?
Absolutely. Reach out and we'll schedule a personalised demo to explore the assessment experience and review sample results.
Can we customise the assessment?
The 36 core items are standardised for validity, but you can configure organisational structure, demographic categories, and minimum group sizes.
For Survey Respondents
Is my survey really anonymous?
Yes. We never collect your name, email, or employee ID. Results are only shown for groups meeting the minimum size to protect anonymity.
How long does the assessment take?
Most people complete it in 10–15 minutes. You can save progress and return later if needed.
Who sees my individual responses?
No one. Not your manager, not HR, not anyone. Only aggregated group results are visible.
